Bulenox Account Types Explained

Bulenox sells three different routes to a funded futures account: the Qualification Account, the Fast Track Account and the Momentum Account. They share the same markets, the same platforms and the same trading hours — what changes is how much you pay, whether you have to pass a target first, and how strict the payout rules are afterwards. This page breaks all three down side by side.

The Three Programs at a Glance

Every Bulenox program gives you the same 40+ CME futures instruments, the same 5:00 PM – 4:00 PM CT session and the same "no minimum trading days" freedom during the evaluation. The table below shows where they actually differ.

💡 The one-line summary

Momentum is the cheapest way to reach a funded Master account. Fast Track is the fastest, because there is nothing to pass. Qualification is the most forgiving to trade — the widest drawdown and the only program with a scaling plan — but it is the only one that charges you a second time to activate the Master account.

1. The Qualification Account

The classic route

"The Qualification Account is where your journey with Bulenox begins."

This is Bulenox's standard evaluation. You trade a simulated account in live market conditions, at your own pace, without risking your own capital. Reach the profit target without breaking a rule and your account is submitted for review; once approved, you activate a Master Account and start trading for payouts.

Parameters and pricing

Qualification Account — sizes, targets and fees
Account Size Contracts Profit Target Max Drawdown One-Time Fee Access
$25,0003 minis (30 micros)$1,500$1,500$14530 days
$50,0007 minis (70 micros)$3,000$2,500$17530 days
$100,00012 minis (120 micros)$6,000$3,000$21530 days
$150,00015 minis (150 micros)$9,000$4,500$32530 days

One mini equals ten micros, and you may trade both simultaneously. Bulenox previously sold a $250,000 tier; it has since been withdrawn from the public pricing page, so treat any $250k listing you find elsewhere as needing confirmation before you buy.

The rules you actually need to remember

  • No minimum or maximum trading days. You can pass in a single day. A day only counts as a trading day when you open at least one trade.
  • The session runs 5:00 PM to 4:00 PM CT the next day. All positions must be closed by 3:59 PM CT. Weekends and public holidays are not trading days.
  • No overnight positions. Holding through the close is strictly prohibited and is the single most common way traders lose an account by accident.
  • News trading is allowed. No blackout windows around CPI, FOMC or NFP, and no forced position closing.
  • Multiple positions are fine as long as you stay inside the contract limit for your account size.

What happens after you pass

Hitting the target does not open a Master Account automatically. Your account goes to review, where Bulenox verifies that the run followed the rules. After approval you receive an email with your completion certificate, the Master Account Agreement and activation instructions — and an activation invoice.

Master Account activation fee (charged after you pass)
Account SizeActivation Fee
$25,000$143
$50,000$148
$100,000$248
$150,000$498

The same activation fee applies to Option 1 and Option 2. It is a one-time charge that covers market data and account maintenance — there is no recurring monthly payment. Once the activation link is issued it stays valid for 7 days; miss that window and the Master Account is no longer available for activation.

⚠ Budget for the activation fee before you buy

This is the detail that catches most first-time Bulenox buyers. A $25,000 Qualification Account costs $145 to start, but reaching a live Master account costs $288 in total ($145 + $143). Our discount codes apply to the account purchase at checkout — the activation invoice is billed separately when you pass, and coupon codes do not reduce it.

Resets

If you hit the maximum drawdown, the account is suspended rather than deleted. A reset costs $78, is processed instantly, and restores your balance to its starting value on the same account. Your previous profits, losses and trading days are cleared — and importantly, a reset does not extend the 30-day access period.

How many can you hold?

Qualification Accounts are unlimited. Master-level accounts are not: you may hold up to five active Master-level accounts in total, and that ceiling is shared between Master, Fast Track and Momentum Master accounts in any combination. Every account sits under one Bulenox profile and one Rithmic User ID, created automatically with your first purchase.

Codes that work on Qualification accounts: WIN91 FASTWIN WIN46

WIN91 and FASTWIN both take 89% off Option 1 Qualification accounts. See the full August 2026 coupon list for current expiry dates.

2. The Fast Track Account

Skip the evaluation

"Fast Track lets you skip the qualification stage and start trading in a simulated live environment from day one."

Fast Track removes the evaluation entirely. You pay a single, non-refundable fee and begin trading a payout-eligible account immediately — there is no profit target to pass, no activation fee and no monthly subscription. What you pay for is the time you save: a $25,000 Fast Track costs $338 against $288 for the Qualification-plus-activation route, and roughly three and a half times the $94 Momentum route.

Option 1 — Trailing Drawdown

Fast Track, Option 1 (trailing drawdown, no scaling)
Account SizeOne-Time FeeTrailing DrawdownContract Limit
$25,000$338$1,0003 minis (30 micros)

$150,000$788$5,50015 minis (150 micros)

Option 2 — EOD Drawdown, no scaling

Fast Track, Option 2 (end-of-day drawdown + daily loss limit)
Account SizeOne-Time FeeEOD DrawdownDaily Loss LimitContract Limit
$25,000$338$1,000No daily loss limit2 minis (20 micros)
$50,000$488$2,250$1,2004 minis (40 micros)

$150,000$788$5,500$3,30012 minis (120 micros)

On both options the drawdown follows your balance upward and then stops permanently once it reaches the starting balance plus $100 — from that point it is a fixed floor. On Option 2 the daily loss limit stays active for the life of the account and is never lifted; the $25,000 Option 2 account is the sole exception, with no daily loss limit at all.

Getting paid

There is no minimum number of trading days. To request your first payout you need to reach the first payout profit goal, satisfy the consistency rule, stay above every risk threshold, and complete identity, tax and payment verification.

Fast Track payout goals and caps
Account Size First Payout Goal Goal for Payout 2+ Max, Payouts 1–3 Max, Payout 4+
$25,000$1,500$1,000 in new profit$1,000$1,250
$50,000$3,000$2,000 in new profit$2,000$2,500
$100,000$6,000$3,000 in new profit$2,500$3,000
$150,000$9,000$4,500 in new profit$3,000$3,500

The minimum payout request is $1,000, and a payout may never bring the balance to or below the drawdown threshold.

The consistency rule tightens as you go

Your highest profitable day divided by the net profit of the payout cycle must stay under 20% for the first payout, 25% for the second, and 30% from the third onwards. Missing it is not a breach — you simply keep trading until the account comes back into line.

New cycles

A new cycle starts with the first trade after an approved payout, and each cycle has its own goal counted in new profit from the balance at the start of that cycle. Profit you kept from an earlier cycle stays in the account but does not count toward the new goal.

Processing

Requests submitted before 12:01 PM CT, Monday to Friday, are ordinarily processed the same day. Weekends, banking holidays and compliance checks can extend that. You keep 100% of your first $10,000 in payouts — counted once per trader across all Fast Track and Master accounts — and 90% after that.

After at least three payouts your account may be reviewed for transition to a live Funded Account. That transition is at Bulenox's discretion and is not automatic.

Codes that work on Fast Track accounts: FASTWIN WIN46

Both apply 45% off Fast Track. The older WIN91, WIN76 and WIN45 codes do not cover this program — worth knowing before you assume your usual code will work.

3. The Momentum Account

Cheapest to funded

"One payment covers both stages. Pass Momentum once and your Momentum Master is activated free of charge."

Momentum is Bulenox's bundled route. You still have to pass a profit target, exactly as with a Qualification Account — but the price already includes the Master Account. There is no activation fee and no monthly fee, so the number you pay at checkout is the whole cost of reaching a payout-eligible account.

Option 1 — Trailing Drawdown

Rules at the qualification stage

  • No minimum number of trading days — you can pass in a single day by reaching the target without breaking a rule.
  • No consistency requirement at this stage. It applies later, at payout.
  • News trading is allowed within all risk limits.
  • All positions must be closed before the session close; overnight and weekend positions are prohibited.
  • Qualification profits do not carry over. Your Momentum Master starts at its stated balance, not at whatever you finished the evaluation with.

Getting paid on a Momentum Master

Each payout cycle requires five qualifying profitable days, the 35% consistency rule, the minimum payout balance for your account size, compliance with drawdown and trading rules, and completed verification. A new cycle starts after each approved payout.

What counts as a qualifying profitable day

A completed trading day with net profit after commissions of at least $100 on a $25,000 account, $150 on $50,000, $200 on $100,000 or $250 on $150,000. The five days do not have to be consecutive, and a smaller profitable day still adds to your profit — it just does not count toward the five-day requirement.

The 35% consistency rule

Your best trading day may not exceed 35% of the net profit of the payout cycle. As with Fast Track, missing it is not a breach: keep trading until the percentage comes into line.

Momentum payout thresholds and caps
Account Min. Balance for Payout Min. Request 1st Payout Cap 2nd 3rd 4th+
$25,000$26,500$500$1,000$1,000$1,000$1,000
$50,000$53,000$1,000$1,500$2,000$2,500$3,000

$150,000$156,500$1,000$2,500$3,000$4,000$5,000

The fourth-tier cap stays in place for all later payouts. Note that the $25,000 Momentum account is capped at $1,000 per payout at every stage.

Codes that work on Momentum accounts: FASTWIN WIN46

Both apply 45% off Momentum. Combined with the $94 base price, that puts a $25,000 Momentum account at $51.70 — the lowest all-in entry to a Bulenox Master account currently available.

Option 1 vs Option 2: The Choice You Cannot Undo

Every Bulenox account — whichever of the three programs you pick — is bought as either Option 1 or Option 2. This choice is locked for the life of the account. Same sizes, same targets, same platforms; only the risk model changes.

Option 1 — Trailing Drawdown

Your loss limit follows your highest account value in real time, including unrealised profit on open positions, and includes commissions. When you make a new high the threshold moves up with you; when you give profit back it does not move down. In exchange you get your full contract size from day one, with no scaling steps.

Worked example

A $100,000 account with a $3,000 trailing drawdown starts with a threshold of $97,000. You open a position and unrealised profit reaches $800 — the peak is $100,800, so the threshold climbs to $97,800. The market reverses and you close for $500 realised. Your balance is $100,500, but the threshold stays at $97,800, because it tracks the highest value reached, not the closing balance.

This is the trap in Option 1: an open trade that goes deep into profit and then gives it back permanently tightens your risk budget. Traders who let winners run and then scratch them out burn through Option 1 accounts quickly.

Option 2 — End-of-Day Drawdown

Your threshold updates once per day, after the close, based only on your closing balance. Intraday spikes do not move it. If you close at a new end-of-day high the threshold moves up; otherwise it stays where it is. In exchange, Option 2 adds a daily loss limit and — on Qualification accounts — a dynamic scaling plan.

Worked example

Same $100,000 account, $3,000 EOD drawdown, threshold at $97,000. Day 1 closes at $101,000 → threshold moves to $98,000. Day 2 closes at $100,500 → no new high, threshold stays at $98,000. Day 3 closes at $102,500 → new high, threshold moves to $99,500.

The dynamic scaling plan (Qualification Option 2 only)

Your maximum position size is tied to your Cash on Hand — the amount by which your balance exceeds the starting balance. It works in both directions: grow the account and your contract limit rises, give profit back and it falls again.

Contract scaling by Cash on Hand
Account SizeScaling steps
$25,000Up to $1,500 → 2 contracts · $1,501+ → 3
$50,000Up to $1,500 → 2 · $1,501–$4,000 → 4 · $4,001+ → 7
$100,000Up to $2,000 → 3 · $2,001–$3,000 → 5 · $3,001–$5,000 → 8 · $5,001+ → 12
$150,000Up to $4,000 → 5 · $4,001–$8,000 → 8 · $8,001–$12,000 → 10 · $12,001+ → 15

The daily loss limit

Calculated between 5:00 PM and 4:00 PM CT from your realised and unrealised P&L including commissions, and visible in real time in Rithmic R|Trader. Hitting it disables trading for the rest of that session — it is not a rule violation, and trading resumes automatically at the next session.

Daily loss limit by program (Option 2)
Account SizeQualification / MasterFast TrackMomentum
$25,000$500None$600
$50,000$1,100$1,200$1,200
$100,000$2,200$2,500$2,500
$150,000$3,300$3,300$3,300

On a Master Account the daily loss limit is permanently removed once the drawdown threshold locks at starting balance + $100. On Fast Track and Momentum the limit stays for the life of the account.

When the drawdown stops moving

On Master-level accounts the drawdown eventually becomes a fixed floor at starting balance + $100. The account value you need to reach for that to happen:

Where the drawdown locks (Master Account)
Account SizeDrawdownInitial ThresholdPermanent ThresholdValue Required to Lock
$25,000$1,500$23,500$25,100$26,600
$50,000$2,500$47,500$50,100$52,600
$100,000$3,000$97,000$100,100$103,100
$150,000$4,500$145,500$150,100$154,600

The True Cost of Reaching a Funded Account

Comparing sticker prices is misleading, because only the Qualification route charges a second time. Here is what each program actually costs to get to a payout-eligible Master account — at list price, and with the best coupon currently available for that program.

Total cost to a Master-level account, $25,000 size
Route Entry Fee Activation List Total Best Code Total With Code
Momentum $94 $0 $94 FASTWIN / WIN46 (45%) $51.70
Qualification → Master (Option 1) $145 $143 $288 WIN91 / FASTWIN (89%) $158.95
Fast Track $338 $0 $338 FASTWIN / WIN46 (45%) $185.90

Discounts apply to the account purchase at checkout. The $143 Master activation invoice is issued separately after you pass and is not discounted by these codes — which is why the deepest percentage discount does not produce the lowest total. Prices exclude commissions, the optional $100/month third-party API fee and the $116/month professional market-data fee.

💡 What this actually tells you

An 89% coupon on a Qualification account looks unbeatable until you add the activation fee — at which point Momentum with a 45% code is still roughly a third of the price. The 89% codes make most sense when you want the Qualification Account's wider drawdown and its scaling plan, or when you plan to run several evaluations and only activate the ones you pass.

Note also that Momentum's tighter drawdown ($1,000 vs $1,500 at $25k) is the real trade-off for its price. You are paying less and getting less room to be wrong.

Which Bulenox Account Should You Choose?

There is no universally best program — the right pick depends on which constraint binds hardest for you: budget, time, or room to be wrong.

You are new to Bulenox and testing the waters

You want the cheapest possible way to see whether you can pass, and you would rather not pay twice. Momentum bundles both stages into one small payment, and there is no consistency rule while you are qualifying.

→ Momentum, $25k

You give profit back on open trades

If your winners regularly retrace before you close them, a real-time trailing drawdown will eat your account. Option 2's end-of-day model ignores intraday spikes entirely, and the daily loss limit stops a bad session instead of ending the account.

→ Any program, Option 2

You want the widest drawdown and scaling

Qualification has the most generous drawdown at every size ($1,500 at $25k vs $1,000 elsewhere) and is the only program with a dynamic scaling plan on Option 2. Budget for the activation fee on top.

→ Qualification

You have already proven yourself elsewhere

If passing an evaluation is a formality you would rather skip, Fast Track puts you straight into a payout-eligible account with no target and no trading-day minimum for the first withdrawal.

→ Fast Track

You want payouts as fast as possible

Fast Track has no minimum trading days and same-day processing before 12:01 PM CT — but the tightest consistency rule (20% on the first payout). Momentum needs five qualifying profitable days but allows 35%.

→ Fast Track, if your P&L is even

You want to run several accounts

Qualification Accounts are unlimited, so you can run many evaluations cheaply and only activate the winners. Remember the ceiling of five active Master-level accounts, shared across all three programs.

→ Qualification, several at once

⚠ Two decisions you cannot reverse

The Option 1 / Option 2 choice is locked for the life of the account. So is your professional or non-professional status on the Rithmic agreement — declaring professional adds $116/month for CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX data, and it applies to Qualification, Master and Funded accounts alike. Read both boxes carefully before you click through checkout.

Bulenox Account Types FAQ

What is the difference between a Qualification Account and a Master Account?

The Qualification Account is the evaluation — you trade a simulated account to reach a profit target. The Master Account is what you activate after passing, and it is the account that can generate payouts. They use the same size and the same Option you chose at purchase; the main difference is that the Master Account's drawdown eventually stops moving and becomes permanently fixed at starting balance + $100.

Is Momentum really cheaper than Qualification?

Yes, substantially — but only because Qualification charges a separate Master activation fee. A $25,000 Momentum account is $94 all-in. The equivalent Qualification route is $145 plus a $143 activation fee, so $288. The trade-off is that Momentum's drawdown is tighter ($1,000 vs $1,500), Option 2 has no scaling plan, and payouts require five qualifying profitable days.

Does Fast Track really have no profit target?

Correct. Fast Track skips the qualification stage entirely and starts you in a simulated live environment from day one. What replaces the profit target is the first payout profit goal — $1,500 on a $25,000 account up to $9,000 on a $150,000 account — which determines when you may first request a withdrawal rather than whether you keep the account.

Can I hold more than one account at a time?

Qualification Accounts are unlimited. Master-level accounts are capped at five active at once, and that limit is shared between Master, Fast Track and Momentum Master accounts in any combination. All of them sit under a single Bulenox profile and a single Rithmic User ID — creating multiple profiles or User IDs is not permitted and can result in suspension.

What happens if I hit the drawdown limit?

On a Qualification Account the account is suspended and you can reset it for $78, which restores the starting balance on the same account but does not extend your 30-day access window. On a Master Account, exceeding the drawdown closes the account, and a reset must be arranged with support at a fee calculated individually. Hitting the daily loss limit is different and much less serious: it only disables trading for the rest of that session, is not a violation, and trading resumes automatically next session.

Do the discount codes work on all three account types?

No, and this is the most common mistake we see. WIN91, WIN76 and WIN45 cover Qualification accounts only. The two newest codes, FASTWIN and WIN46, are the only ones that also apply to Fast Track and Momentum. No code reduces the Master Account activation fee, which is invoiced separately after you pass.

Which Option should a beginner pick?

Option 2 is generally more forgiving. Its end-of-day drawdown ignores intraday swings and unrealised profit, so a trade that spikes and retraces does not permanently tighten your risk budget the way it does on Option 1. The daily loss limit also pauses a bad day rather than ending the account. The cost is a smaller starting contract limit until the scaling plan opens up — and on Fast Track and Momentum, no scaling at all.

Can I trade the news on a Bulenox account?

Yes, on all three programs. There are no blackout windows around CPI, FOMC or NFP, no forced position closing and no penalties. The only constraints are your drawdown and your position size. Overnight positions, however, are prohibited everywhere — all positions must be closed by 3:59 PM CT.

Know Which Account You Want?

Apply a verified code at checkout and start for a fraction of the list price. FASTWIN covers all three programs; WIN91 gives the deepest discount on Qualification Option 1.
